Subject matter and scope
The present General Conditions of Contract and Use apply to visitors to the pacoprint.pt website and to any transactions of a commercial nature performed through the online shop available on the same.
The navigation on the website, as well as the purchase of any product in the online shop pacoprint.pt, implies the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and Client.
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting without prior notice, any changes being published on the pacoprint.pt website.
Information on contents
The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of the pacoprint.pt website without prior written permission is prohibited.
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract under the terms of the applicable law.
We recommend that you consult the product information in detail for information on the respective characteristics.
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.
If the product is unavailable and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to a refund of the amount paid. The refund will be made to the IBAN provided by the customer (or at the time of purchase, or by request at the time of cancellation information).
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment. The non-payment of the order within 10 (ten) days following the date on which it was made implies its automatic cancellation.
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda only dispatches on working days. This way, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account for order delivery estimates. Any delay observed in the shipment of items, in relation to the dates of estimates presented, does not give rise to the right to compensation.
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda does not accept any responsibility for any delay or impossibility to process the order, namely in the act of delivery, due to error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.
If promotional vouchers are used, they cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns.
Responsibilities
All products marketed in the Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda are in conformity with Portuguese legislation.
The Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda declines all responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the Customer to check with the local authorities the conditions of import or use of the products he/she wishes to order.
Customers’ and Users’ Obligations
The Client and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. In particular, they undertake to comply with the following obligations:
1) Keep, and do not disclose, your password to the site in order to prevent others from accessing your account in the online shop Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda;
2) Do not use false identities;
3) To provide correct personal data and addresses so that Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda can properly process orders;
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data communicated to Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda and you agree to insert any changes to the same into your Registration Account immediately.
