Cancellations, exchanges and returns

The customer can cancel the order from stock at any time before its expedition. In case the order has already been shipped, we accept its return, not being returned the shipping costs rate. The return postage costs are at the expense of the customer. As from the receipt of the order by the customer, he may exercise his right of free termination under the terms of the law.

In order to do so, the Customer must communicate his intention in writing, via e-mail or letter. The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt accompanied by the original invoice.

If you wish to exchange or return articles, you can go to the Magicprinter – Artes Gráficas Lda, or contact Customer Support, who will provide you with all the information about the exchange/return process. Under no circumstances send the items without prior contact as they will not be received.
