Product availability
How long does it take to deliver an order?
We only process the order after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore we cannot guarantee the availability of the products until the beginning of such processing.
On the order details page you will find the estimated time for dispatch (Delivery Time) expressed in working days. To the estimated time for shipment is added the transport time that depends on the carrier and the destination of your order.
We only ship products on working days. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account for order delivery estimates.
Any delay in the shipment of products, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.
Deliveries
Delivery of your order online, will be made to the address given on the checkout page in the “Billing Details” section.
To receive the invoice at a different address from where the order is delivered, you can set a different order delivery address from the billing address.
Delivery period
After the payment of your order, you will receive it in the following term according to available stock:
- Mainland Portugal: 24 Hours
- Madeira and Azores: 24 Hours
- Spain: 24 Hours
For exclusive products it depends on the production time.

Are delivery charges free?
Mainland Portugal, Azores, Madeira and Spain
The shipping costs are free from 25.00€. If your order has a lower value consult table.
Track Shipment
You can track your order on our transporters’ website (Envialia) by entering the code that we give you in the dispatch confirmation email.

Change of Order
Can I change my order after I have completed it?
In most cases no, but please contact us to analyse your specific situation.
